Originating from the Latin compati, literally means to suffer with. What is the meaning of compassion? The meaning of compassion is to recognize the suffering of others and then take action to help. Compassion embodies a tangible expression of love for those who are suffering.
April - Action

May - Loving Kindness
The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate
Kind is love; love is kind. Think about what love entails and what is means to love someone. Got it? Well, that’s kindness. It’s being selfless, caring, compassionate, and unconditionally kind. Like love, it takes practice to understand and feel it.
June - Gratitude
The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness

Positive thinking means that you approach negative news or stressful situations with a positive outlook. You’re able to look beyond the crisis or setback rather than being consumed by it.
Our life goes in the direction of our most dominant thought. You cannot expect to be kind, gentle, loving, or patient without thinking the right things. You also cannot expect to live a life of victory without thinking the right thoughts.
